Select the Edit Transition tool.

Select the Transition to be edited, which opens the Edit Transition dialog.

Connect the points as needed. Click OK, which opens the Edit Mid-Point Transition dialog.

Edit the components. To return to the Point Connection dialog, click Cancel. To complete the transition, click OK.
